Limited Warranty

Terms and Conditions

This Limited Warranty is the covered warranty made by Moore's Custom PCs in regards to new custom buld desktop computers only. No barebone PCs or repair services are covered under these terms and conditions. By purchasing the computer the customer acknowledges that the limited liability is part of the sale, this is a binding document and may be used by Moore's Custom PCs against the buyer. If applicable, all computer components are covered by manufacturer warranties. Moore's Custom PCs is not required to provide warranty services unless the customer has paid its purchases in full under this or any other invoice received.

Warranty Coverage Information

Moore's Custom PCs will warrant the customer that the computer shall be free of defects in material or worksmanship for a period of 1 year for parts and labor from the date of the original invoice documentation. Moore's Custom PCs shall have the sole discretion of determining whether the computer is covered under the warranty for both labor and parts or not. If a component (s) is determined to be defective because of poor workmanship or material as reasonably determined by Moore's Custom PCs; Moore's Custom PCs agrees to either replace or repair the component(s) free of charge, excluding shipping or handling charges at Moore's Custom PCs option. Moore's Custom PCs will not be responsible for any software or data installed on the computer originally supplied by Moore's Custom PCs. No software, external components/accessories or any other component added to the computer is covered under this warranty that was not originally included in the computer built by Moore's Custom PCs or accessories and parts that are added outside of Moore's Custom PCs location. Any component(s) that are replaced under this warranty will itself be warrantied for only the duration of the warranty period for the original computer component that is being replaced, repaired. 

Disclaimer

Except what is set forth, Moore's Custom PCs disclaims all warranties  including any implied warranty to the extent permitted by the law. (If it is not permitted by the law, Moore's Custom PCs limits implied warranties to the specific duration of this limited warranty. ) Warranties do not cover products that are damaged by but not limited to external causes, including accidents, abuse, misuse, improper installation of other devices, electrical power issues, acts of third parties,altering or repair services provided to the computer(s) by anyone that is not authorized by Moore's Custom PCs, improper preventative maintenance measures, including but not limiting to backups, problems caused by software, components supplied by anyone other than Moore's Custom PCs, weather conditions, lighting, fire, water, natural disasters, acts of nature or God; Moore's Custom PCs will not be obligated to provide a warranty service unless the invoice for the computer has been paid in full for this invoice or any other invoice.   

Request a Warranty

To request a warranty a call must be placed within the warranty period. To request a warranty claim call (234) 738-0521. If the warranty is approved after investigation, a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) request must be issued. The RMA number will be valid for only 10 days from the issue date. If the product is returned and does not have the proper RMA identification number on the outside of the package, the product will be refused and sent back at the customers expense. If a return is authorized, shipping insurance must be purchased or the customer will accept full responsibility for the possiblity of damage or loss of the product. No shipping outside the United States is permitted. Moore's Custom PCs will not ship any PC outside of the United States. Restrictions and additional charges apply to ship to Hawaii and Alaska.
