Return Policy 

PC Return Policy*

Customers must secure a RMA number prior to returning any products. Moore's Custom PCs offers a strict 14-day return policy from the original date of invoice. Within these 14 days a customer can return the PC for a full refund minus a 15% restocking fee and the cost of return shipping. The customer is required to submit evidence of the original purchase date, invoice number, description of the product, reason for the return, and the RMA number they received after authorization for the return. After the 14 days no returns will be accepted. If the PC is returned and is damaged in anyway the refund will not be issued. The PC MUST be returned in its original packaging including all manuals, and documentation. PLEASE NOTE: If you have registered the components with their manufacture, no refund can be issued. Once you are satisfied with your PC we then recommend you to register the components for warranty purposes. See below for details on the return process.

 

Component Return Policy*

Moore's Custom PCs offers a strict 14-day return policy from the time the component arrives. Within these 14 days a customer can return the component for a full refund minus the cost of return shipping. After the 14 days NO returns will be accepted. If the component is returned and is damaged in anyway the refund WILL NOT be issued. If the component is defective, a replacement may be issued upon request at no additional charge once the component is proved to be defective.​ *NOTE: This is for component purchases ONLY! See above for components that come in a fully functional PC.

 

*Barebone PC Return Policy*

​​Moore’s Custom PCs offers a 7-day return policy from the time the PC arrives to the customer. Within these 7 days a customer can return the PC for a full refund minus a 15% restocking fee AND the cost of return shipping. If the PC is returned and is damaged in anyway the refund WILL NOT be issued. The PC MUST be returned in its original packaging including all manuals, and documentation. PLEASE NOTE: If you have registered the components with their manufacture, no refund can be issued. Once you are satisfied with your PC we then recommend you to register the components for warranty purposes.

 

*Processing a Return*

For any return to be accepted, a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number must be provided by Moore's Custom PCs. If a product is returned without an RMA number visible on the package it will be refused. The RMA number must be placed in a visible location on the package. It is the customers responsibilty to purchase insurance on the product when returning it for repairs/returns. If the customer chooses not to purchase shipping insurance, they accept full responsibilty for any loss or damage done to the product during shipment. 

 
NOTE:

**It is highly recommended that each customer have an anti-virus/internet security system placed on their PC. If the PC receives a virus and it is determined the PC was connected to the internet without security software; the limited warranty through Moore's Custom PCs will be void. The customer will then become responsible for the cost of the repairs, shipping and the cost of the new component if required.

If you would like a particular recommendation please contact us for more details! Use of the free versions of Anti-Virus/Internet Security is at your own risk, if a virus infects your PC and the free software is used the warranty will be void as well.

 

PC Repair Service

A PC Repair waiver form must be completed before Moore's Custom PCs will perform any repairs to a customers PC.
