Question 1: Why purchase a custom built PC rather than off a store shelf?

Answer: When you purchase a PC off the shelf in a store you run the risk of having most if not all of your components integrated into the system. Meaning that, when technology advances you are unable to upgrade and advance with the times or replace components that may fail in time. With our custom PCs the components are upgradeable depending on the components you begin with. If you run into a problem with one component you do not have to replace the entire PC and waste the initial money you invested, you simply have to replace the bad component. This is the greatest advantage to having a custom built PC rather than purchasing one from a retail store. Stores are concerned with the quantity of sales, not the quality of the workmanship. Moore's Custom PCs is concerned about the products we sell, we take them very seriously.

Question: When I purchase a PC from Moore's Custom PCs, what is included with my purchase?

Answer: You will receive:

*A fully functioning Custom Built PC (excluding Barebone PCs)

*1-Full year of technical support

*Protective measures for shipment/delivery; your PC will be packaged using protective materials to secure and assist in the prevention of damage to your PC components during shipment. We all know how items can be handled during shipment, for this reason on high end PCs shipping insurance will be included and all claims will be processed through us, so you have nothing to worry about.

*All of the warranty, rebate information (if any apply), the CD/DVD driver/application disks, and user manuals associated with your components

*A FREE copy of your PC being built from start to finish (you can select to have this or not, your choice!)

*If you purchase additional software it will all be installed for you at no additional cost except for the software.
